Thanks @Mark C - very helpful! Did you have any trouble booking sessions, and how far in advance did you do that? My impression was you couldn't just walk in to one but maybe I'm wrong about that. As far as new systems/bundles or a need for outside developers, those are probably very far off for us which is a big reason I'm uncertain. It's a 4 person Accounting team that mainly uses Netsuite. The rest of the agency is really just time sheets, expense reports, client estimates, and Purchase Orders. We might consider the project management bundle but we are pretty happy with our current software for that.
