This will be my first SuiteWorld. Any tips or words of wisdom?

The Venetian is expensive, so unless money is no object (or you really need a suite) I would look for cheaper alternatives. Treasure Island is just across the strip, and I hear good things about Ellis Island.
When the schedule becomes available, book your breakout sessions in advance because popular ones fill up quickly.

@Steve Goldberg Thank you! That is very informative.

If you need to skip the final day, you're not alone – quite a lot of people do. But just make sure that you're not missing any breakout sessions you want to see.
Talk to people! A lot of partners run their own meetups outside of the expo and they're worth going to (and usually include free beer and food!)

@Steve Goldberg Thank you. Are you aware of any of these meetings which would be worthwhile?

People usually announce them in this channel, so keep an eye out a couple of weeks before SuiteWorld

Awesome. Thank you again for the insight. Hope to see you there.

I've been twice now, and I found I got much more value out of networking opportunities than out of the sessions themselves. That being said, if there are particular sessions you are interested in, register EARLY.
a
@jen Thank you. I will be on the lookout for the sessions.

@jen 😞 anything in particular that you don't like or don't find valuable of the sessions? Just asking to understand if there are aspects of the sessions we can change.

Hi Albert. I think most of the sessions are probably really great if you happen to find ones that align with your business needs, or if you use NetSuite in a more traditional way (which we don't really). Granted I'm only considering a small portion of sessions (ones that I think apply to my role) but I found that there weren't that many that were of use to me (in-depth customisation/scripting). The sessions I did find (like yours!) were great, but there weren't a heck of a lot that went to the level I needed or focused on the type of work I do. There were lots of good sessions I think for people getting started with customisations and for people more focused on the business side of things. At the company I work for we've been customising NS for over a decade so we are pretty deep into it at this point. I understand it's going to be really hard to come up with a good span of topics that's going to be applicable to all attendees. Smaller groups worked better for us because of the specifics of what we are trying to achieve, but I imagine for many NS customers the types of sessions you have are probably a good range.

Thank you!!! I appreciate you took the time to write this. It makes a lot of sense. If you feel there's a particular topic related to customization/scripting that you would like us to expand on, please let us know!
