Hi #C29J1BPM3 Team, Does anyone know about Advanced Billing — which allows managing recurring billing on Sales Orders? I noticed there’s a billing schedule at both the body and line levels in our NetSuite Account. I wanted to know the functionality process of the line-level billing schedule .

You can assign a specific billing schedule for each line item So if one line is a Saas product you can add a monthly billing schedule but if a different line is services you can assign a fixed date schedule. Then when using billing operations NetSuite will automatically bill each line according to its respective billing schedule I believe line level schedules override main transaction level schedules
