We have experienced significant performance changes recently. ODBC/JDBC queries, saved searches, analytics datasets. Something has changed and working with support is frustrating. I keep opening cases for each example hoping to show that it's widespread.

same. not much traction as of yet but have MR script failing, ss timing out, all kings of fun. Have ACS time so tired to leverage them and they said other users are experiencing issues but that is all the further I have gotten. I suspect it is widespread and they know about it.

Good to know. I wish support would acknowledge the issue rather than acting like we're submitting strange feedback. Some reps are better than others but we have to start over with every problem example we provide.
