Hi all, using the SuiteApprovals workflow for approvals on PO's and getting some weird behaviour. I have set up a saved search and user group that correctly displays the 3 people that I am wanting in the approval group, and created an approval rule that says above a certain value it is routed for approval to this group. The issue is that when a PO is created, only one of these users is listed as next approver, not the whole group. Am I missing something in this set up?
Additionally, if we have a document that gets stuck in approval hell (eg approver is not added for whatever reason but still requires approval (this has happened a couple of times) what is the process to get this document unstuck?

I see in the approver type you have selected "Group (Any), I think it should be "All"

@Shaikh Abrar thanks - have tried updating this and will see how we go!

Sure, let me know how it goes. I haven't used groups but I have tried with individual employee names and I certainly used "All" to have an AND condition, so all the listed can be approvers @cweier

@Shaikh Abrar have just had one flow through this and it still seems to be going to just the one person - screenshot attached. Originally created by somebody with a high approval limit, then edited by someone else which triggered the re-approval, which has only gone to one of the three people in the group.

I might need to check in the system for the configuration

@Shaikh Abrar ok now I am officially losing my mind - I have now removed the person to whom all of the requests were previously being sent from the group, however requests are still being routed to them only. Is there some other background config that could be causing this that I could be missing, that you are aware of?

Lets check it out on huddle

@Shaikh Abrar apparently now solved - members of dynamic groups don't update unless you edit and save the group (???) so that was the solution
