Anyone with Workato experience? I’m trying to sync transaction data from NS to SF, but I find that even with this value not selected, I’m only getting the main line. If I select to get only line items the recipe still triggers when I edit data on an invoice line. Ideally, I’d like to have both trigger my recipe

What is the step in Workato that you're seeing this on? As in, what's the name of the action step? Is it Pull Saved Search?

Odd. I'm not seeing that option at all. Is it an old trigger maybe? Or maybe I have the old one, I dunno. Either way, is the search you're setting in this trigger filtered to only allow main line? I don't think the trigger will override a criteria in the saved search you're referencing.

It filters by main line on some transaction types and not on other. Weird thing is that if I set the Fetch only transactions’ main line to either Yes or No in Workato, I get the main line or items line respectively, so it seems to be reading those correctly

My experience has been that some of the NetSuite triggers in Workato are a little flaky. You could probably talk to Workato support on this, but usually when I bring up some issue with a NS trigger, they suggest a work-around that doesn't involve using the trigger. 🫠

yeah they suggested other approaches, I ended up searching for the remaining lines within the recipe, not ideal but what you gonna do 🤷
