Is anyone having issues building work orders? we keep having some stuck in process - never had this happen before

I have similar issue before. For example, auto build work order when WO is created for special items.

@Joseph Lovelace yea we build WOs for all items , its the weirdest thing. I submitted a ticket with support bc i cant figure it out

the root cause is usually a failed automation (workflow/script) or a component availability validation stopping the auto-build from completing. If you check System Notes or Script Execution Logs for one “stuck” WO, you’ll see which condition stopped it.
