Has anyone successfully migrated to netsuite2.com? Our team is facing some challenges with mapping in multiple tables example addressbook table. I’d really appreciate it if someone who has completed the transition could DM me.

We migrated but continue to experience performance issues. One of the problematic tables is customers where I know we use address info. Little side note but yes, address info is available though in a slightly different way. Were are you stuck?

@Ben Tanner We are also stuck with Customer and Entity tables. As you said the main issues was with Address books as the tables got normalised now and need to join multiple Address joints to match the NS.com address book. Similar issue with Entity tables as well. When you say performance issue, is that your 3rd party intgerated system getting impacted with performance?

We're having problems with query execution. Response time is slow, some tables don't return at all. Even a simple query like

select id from transaction where id = 1234

that runs against netsuite.com in < 1s may take > 15m against netsuite2.com, if it returns at all. The issues occur consistently across different queries, tools, machines.
