@Eleni Palmos for that reason I usually avoid panels. It’s very hard to get into details when you just have a minute to answer a question. I look for very specific sessions on topics that have things like “build a workflow to X” or “improve order to cash process by Y” in the description. I find these to be more like user training, and they can be super valuable, especially if the presenter is personable and has rehearsed.
