Hi experts, our customer travels a lot which makes it hard to manually sign checks. Are there any good tools that allow users to digitally sign checks in NetSuite?

Is electronic payments not an option? There are probably way more payment platforms available then platform to do what you’re describing I bet if you had an integration with the bank you could have them produce the checks and sign electronically. FISPAN is a great tool for this

Than you. They are considering electronic payments but not right now. I will look into FISPAN.

Some banks like Chase and Bank of America have the option to issue checks from their platform. Maybe that’s an option? Or you can always connect to Bill.com and they will issue the payment online too (I think they charge a fee?)
