Worked with a McGladerey team when they were transitioning into RSM. They helped with a merger integration where we brought the acquiring company's Quickbooks financial data into the existing NS account of the acquired company. Talk about a crazy chart of accounts! That was a fun project - they did a terrific job of it.

couple years ago previous company I've worked for sold part of the global business or in other word split the company in to two separate company. I had to do the impossible split, 11 subsidiaries in 10 countries. In some cases had to split sales order - part stayed with original and part moved to new company. NS professional team said it was impossible task to do, but was able to do it and learned lot of nifty tricks. It too me over six month to do the work, remind you that had to fix lot of inefficiencies made by "Explore Consulting". In the end only $0.37 difference out of 250 million.
