Also, from another group I am in: Anybody have an software-agnostic consultant who will help with the first part of an ERP discovery process? Preferably with experience in ERP for the professional services industry.  The scope would be gap analysis (current ERP environment versus business needs), building a requirement checklist / FRS, knowledge of vendors, selection of vendor + implementer, etc.  Basically everything pre-implementation.
