Does anyone have a recent NetSuite Salary Survey that they can share? I have one from 2018 and am looking for something more recent.

You can download the 2020-2021 survey from Anderson Frank's website. That seems to be the most referenced salary survey around here.

Linked in salaries for netsuite positions are stupid low for the majority

I don't find many pay ranges listed on LinkedIn, occasionally LinkedIn will provide a guess which I'd agree skews low or are such a large range its useless (i.e. 60-140k). AF survey seems a little high anecdotally which makes sense since they want people to contact them to move jobs.

Do we have something similar for independent consultants?

How would there be a salary survey for someone who independently manages themselves?

I wouldn't charge any less than $125/hr personally

Yeah its crazy high for what you get

On one of the big4 contracts I worked, some of the more specialized (finance) senior consultants were at $450/hr.
