Job Description NetSuite Integration Consultant Job description Our client is seeking a highly motivated and talented, NetSuite Consultant to join our team. We are looking for a self-starting, self-accountable individual with the ability to think outside the box to solve a variety of problems and challenges. Summary Our consultants are responsible for assessment, design, implementation, customization, and support services for clients. This person quickly assesses client needs and develops innovative solutions to solve their problems. Finding new ways to constantly improve the operations, satisfaction, and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. Responsibilities include: · Hands-on NetSuite consultant with capabilities to troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions. · Demonstrate feature and functions in the client’s environment. · Will be engaged in various engagements at one time · Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote (Fully remote due to COVID-19). · Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from the above-noted mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval. · Provide on-going post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite · Define detailed functional requirements for automation and integrations to NetSuite · Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations · Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members · Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on-budget project delivery · Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets · Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications Qualifications include: · 2+ years of Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience · Solid experience in Change Management, Business Process Mapping, and Project Management · Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment · Strong understanding of data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications. · Ability to guide customers based on leading practices. · Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) · Customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills Preferred: · Strong experience with e-commerce integration · Strong experience with Integration Tools such as Celigo preferred. · NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or other NetSuite certifications a plus. · Full life cycle NetSuite implementations · Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or another business-related field, computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field Job Type: Full-time
