*FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
 Operations (20%)
· Analyze and document technical requirements, configurations, workflows, processes and procedures.
· Define, scope and document appropriate technical solutions to enhance, automate and expedite process improvements.
· Communicate regularly with project managers and with your team on the status of the work in progress.

 Customer Service (10%)
· Act as the front line support for your technical developments.
· Respond to customer calls and provide immediate assistance for urgent requests.

 Development (70%)
· Develop process automations and custom developed solutions for NetSuite customers using the NetSuite SuiteScript language and NetSuite platform.
· Develop API integrations using the NetSuite REST API and SOAP API architecture.
· Develop NetSuite workflows using the point and click workflow builder.
· Develop and maintain customer web applications.

 Specific Requirements
· Expert in JavaScript and JQuery.
· Experience using REST and SOAP APIs and web services integration.
· Experience in ExtJS or similar Javascript framework a plus.
· Experience in full-stack web development including JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
· Experience in MS SQL.
· Experience in web development and debugging a must.
· Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of coding/application design practices.
· Excellent mastery of English (spoken &amp; written).
· Familiar with business process concepts (asset).
· Experience in NetSuite SuiteScript is a plus.
· Knowledge of Warehouse Manufacturing and Distribution Operations is a plus.
