Yeah, thankfully that change got pushed back a year though. It's Covid that seems to have killed all business / investment confidence. The only people in my network I know who are still active signed long contracts before shit hit the fan

I assumed only large companies that hire lots of contractors would be across it to the point of caring

if you're doing NS contracting work for SMB's I'd have hoped you could be outside of IR35 assuming you're the director of an ltd?

I don't know the specific details as I've been out of the UK for a few years now. Does your client have to specifically state your status to HMRC or is it only an issue if HMRC audits?
