Other than the standard slew of online job sites, does anyone know of a resource for finding clerk level employees with 1-3 years of NetSuite experience? Mostly order entry with some CRM. Dallas / Fort Worth, TX area. Thanks.

@Cameron Other than paying a recruiter 15-30%+, I haven't found one. But if you do find one, let the rest of know.

You can always hire people without NetSuite experience and train them up, but it's such a time/energy drain that IMO it's a net loss if they don't stay a least 2 years, and that's less and less common these days.

Thanks for your advice @James Morris. I agree, the 2 year ROI is a good rule for new hires. The recruiter option is not completely off the table for use, but my manager would obviously prefer to not spend the big $$$, lol. Do you have any recruiting firm contacts in your professional network that you can share? Thanks.

Anderson Frank is the big one. Capex or something like that is another one that's always pestering me. I frankly don't have a good opinion of recruiters anyways. I have no problem paying the money if they actually did the job of filtering for people who were actually good for the job, but they usually just throw whoever they have available, and hope to get lucky. And then to add insult to injury they try to recruit away the candidate they got hired as soon as the retention limit in the agreement expires.
