US I'm assuming any feeling for what the going rate is in Canada? Seen some contract and full time employment on Anderson Frank ranging from 50-90hr CAD... might be time to start branching out

No idea on Canada but the bottom in PDX is 140...and it really is the bottom...you should pay more for better resources

I’m based in Vancouver, BC, but so far all of our contract work has been by US resources and $140/hr USD is definitely the bottom here as well. Management at the company I’m with is super cheap, and they’ve managed to negotiate down to $140/hr USD a couple times. But starting quote from most of them was in the $180/hr range, sometimes higher.
