@creece’s methodology of determining what the outcome is ‘worth’ to the company vs. a straight hour*rate model is really smart, but it can be hard to both get to that number and convince them of it (depending on your relationship) i think a key is approaching the problem with the customer and getting them to quantify the actual cost they’re absorbing from not having the script/process/training whatever.
