Hi @Heather McKendry. You might even want to engage with one or a couple of people here to determine if a full time hire is the right way to go. Here are some things that come to mind: - do you really need a full time developer? For example, 1 year is a lot of custom dev against NS, and you might need to ask "why are we customizing it THAT much". But 1 year is a short tenure for a full time hire. - a Developer has different skills and career goals from an Administrator. If you think that maybe as development draws down that you could ask for other work like admin, custom reports, etc, you might end up with a frustrated developer - maybe instead of a $100k a year FTE (or more) you might want to start with $10k engagement with a consultant who can then write "specs" for any true development and can also estimate the ongoing admin duties Meant as helpful $.02, hope it is well received...

Hi @C_Billings, this is a bit of a different role than we were looking for a few months ago.

Hi @Geoff Petkus, we are looking for a Developer and then an Administrator down the road. I appreciate your input and your $0.02. Super helpful!
@C_Billings, great! Send them my way, please!
