I started as an intern, but I also had a very unique set of educational experiences that gave me a major leg up getting started compared to most college hires with just the right combination of Accounting, IT experience, and ERP specific education. I also made my partner pay to send me to NS bootcamp (and had to sign away my life for 2 years to do it though) It's been a good fit for me here, and I'm doing exactly what I want to be doing.
