Smart, young things are awesome, but I wouldn't want to partner with them leading an implementation 🙂 Businesses hire consultants that have been around the block so they can ask them questions, you're as much hiring their experience as you are the individual. Partners need a good combination of both, they can't put campus grads alone on an account.
