We are an Alliance Partner for Asia and Fixed bid works fairly. Data Migration is in scope and End User hands on training as well. There is a formal user acceptance testing that customer has to sign off before we go live so there is a guaranteed delivery of the full end to end. Success of fixed bid relies heavily on our own SC's expertise on estimating the efforts and providing the proper approach and solution.
