I can't figure out whether these recruiting companies just have insane turnover, or if they don't have any kind of "hey this is my candidate" registration or something. I get pinged by the same 3 groups over, and over, and over, to the point where I ignore those groups because none of them are looking at me in any kind of detail more than "he has the word NetSuite in his profile and he's from Kansas City". In one case, I literally got the SAME message within 3 days with a very MINOR modification (both referenced Kansas City BBQ.) aside from their "reason" for asking me about BBQ, every other word of the pitch was the same.

I worked @ Cerner there in KC for years. They are just trying to help get you out of KC lol
