@devread I have lived in both cities (currently living in Toronto). I can give you some idea 1) Montreal has low cost of living but Quebec has the highest tax in Canada . Toronto is very expensive but it provides you good career opportunities. As you also speak french, you will be in great demand in Toronto market 2) Winter is harsh in Montreal as compared to Toronto 3) Remote work depends on your company 4) To work in medical field, i believe your wife needs to speak french Look overall package before you make any move
