Responsible for oversight and overall smooth functioning and ongoing improvement of the company's IT platform The role will include the administration and troubleshooting of these business critical systems, including; Netsuite, Magento, Celigo, RF Smart, IFS SmartFreight, Pepperi and basic office networks and desktops A core NetSuite skill is required with the ability to work with consultants or experts in other products while gaining a working knowledge of these systems incorporating Power BI business analytics and dashboards Essential skills will be: 2 – 5 years’ experience as a system admin with NetSuite; Project development and management experience in working with other systems that integrate into NetSuite; Experience with BI reporting; Ability to diagnose and solve problems of varying complexity across the business technology environment; Proactively develop and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders in the business; Be able to provide on the ground support technical for Netsuite and other integrated products and solutions; Have a minimum of 5 years in a Technical Support or Systems administration role; Be passionate about delivering high quality, innovative solutions; Tenacious, self-driven individual capable of doing whatever required to drive projects to successful outcomes; Innovative and forward thinking, willing to try new techniques and technologies and to drive their adoption; Experience in working with cloud based systems; A natural curiosity towards technology and a strong continual learning approach towards technology and business based systems.
