In the NetSuite world, price is almost directly proportional to the quality you are going to get due to the billable hour mindset. If i have 40 hours to get something done and I'm on hour 39 and finish, then that 1 hour is what is left. I would venture to say 99.99% of the time its just lumped in and it took 40 because you can't do hardly anything in an hour that is productive. So at what point is this documentation done? It should be after the something is done (although you could do it as a living document while you're doing work but that'll mean way more updates). Nobody is paying for documentation and its rarely even discussed and that is bad (IMO).
