@darklilcorner: Superior documentation seems to have been done by some good senior developers and agree few of the junior level contractors were real hard to get used to document their scripts. In our company, our past experiences with a senior level contract developer has been always great. They maintained simple and clear easy to ready documentation for all the scripts that were developed. I think it about the price you pay for a senior developer vs getting cheaper junior level developer to get the work done and have pain maintaining the system by full time admin.
