SalesForce opened their system long before Netsuite and gives away developers account easily - look where they are standing now because of this. You can get excellent third party training for SFDC, SAP etc for way lower cost than NS training. I even found a complete SFDC architect/Admin and Developer's certification course for under $300 (I am taking it now), whereas my NS Admin certification cost thousands in comparison. NS better open up their system more and allow easier access to developer account.
