Hi, is anyone having any performance issues today? It's working veeery slow. We are located in NJ. They did the routine maintenance on our account yesterday...
i
Haven't noticed any issues today but normally after maintenance their is some slowness while the cache builds up again

Our database is certainly crawling today. And the performance is starting to show on our Web Store as well. I'd make a ticket about it, but I have a performance related ticket that's been open for 6 or 7 weeks now. Oy vey.
j
saved searches are slow for us too, what Data Center are you guys at?
d
I'm on Phoenix #5. We've been slow across the board since 10 days before the 2025.2 update. It's like they moved us to a slower bank of hardware, or made the data processing significant slower somehow.
b
We've had problems since that overnight maintenance window Oct 15/16. Degraded performance continues and frequent search timeouts. We're trying to work with support but it's going nowhere and slow. Is this still an issue for you as well?
d
Ben, I'm sorry for the 2 week delay in reply. Yes, I still have an outstanding support ticket and Defect that is unresolved. And we're having other unexplainable errors intermittently on our NetSuite Web Store as well. I can't tell if the issue are related, but it feels like things aren't working very smoothly right now. We're still suffering.
b
Actually no delay at all. I'm frustrated with support so figured I'd come look to see if others are experiencing similar things. Support doesn't want to acknowledge anything is wrong and acts like we're crazy. Interesting you mention your web store as I've spent this morning chasing an issue that I can't find an explanation for.

At least now I can confidently tell support that I know others are also having issues since the maintenance window (which they initially didn't believe even happened).

My issue on our web store (just flared up today) 1.) I have users / shoppers reporting an error adding to cart: "Insufficient permissions". 2.) I have users / shoppers who can't get to our secure/checkout domain. So when they try to checkout, or log in, or go to the "My Account" area, they are getting a "Site is down for Maintenance" full page error, despite our site NOT being down for maintenance.
I think both issue revolve around my secure/checkout domain. I've been asking users and shoppers to clear their browser cookies, which seems to be working in many cases. But I have no idea just how many customers may be stuck in this weird/broken state. Or why!
Our WebStore is SiteBuilder, with a customized Reference Checkout 2.0.5, and Reference My Account 1.0.6 -- in case that helps draw parallels or differences in accounts
Ohhh, and our checkout domain is secure.domainname.com as opposed to our standard domainname.com

Interesting. Ours is a SCA site and the issues so far are: 1. Users trying to add a CC but the require card type field doesn't display any options 2. Payment methods unavailable when customer is trying to checkout And same thing, I have no way to know what the impact is other than customers calling. I am able to duplicate with a test contact on a test customer so it's not just one customer account that's goofy.
d
Grrrrr, that's so frustrating.

As a follow up, we were notified today that our support case is being attached to a U3 defect. We'll see what happen now. Also, our CC issues turned out to be a missed configuration on a processing profile that was recently created. At least that seems to be resolved.
