Would it be possible to set up a channel for users only? There are a ton of consultants try to sell their services. Or is that the main audience for this workplace and I would be better served finding a user group workplace?

Hi @Cherilyn diMond NetSuite has a user group, but in application it is more like an extension of customer support slanted toward how-to. Most of the posts end up being answered by moderators. I wonder what type of user-focused area you are wanting? Generally speaking, each channel in this group focuses on a specific area within NetSuite.. You would usually just pick a relevant channel and ask your question.. most people review the channels they have experience in and will usually help out.

Hi @suitedev I'm looking for user feedback from a real life, day to day perspective. So far what I'm getting is a consultant point of view. The difference to me is what is "possible" (always presented in the best possible light) and what actually ends up being reality (you only ever get this from folks who actually live with a stack everyday).
