@James Morris I’m sure you’ll find lots of people offering advice on how best to negotiate, but to be totally honest, people volunteering their discount level is not going to end well 🙂 Discounts are set for different reasons, and there are often multiple strategies behind why one company gets a high/lower discount than another. I personally wish it was a much cleaner price list process, but I guess that’s just not how the IT service market works.
