I think it would be good to have a renewal/pricing channel. Seems like every time there's a renewal at any company I'm at, NS is asking for significant increases in fees, and I think it would give everyone a lot more bargaining power if (willing) customers shared their pricing/discounts and negotiation tactics/outcomes.
