Having a total brain fart - Request is to add Collection Region & then Collection Rep to Customer records (dynamically), Employee Record: Has check box for Collections Rep (T/F) and Entity Field for Employee Collections Region (List/Record) Store Value. Customer Record has 2 customentity fields - Collections Region (I had changed this to Free form txt/do not store value) and created a work flow to dynamically assign a region. For the life of me I cannot work out how to set the Collections Rep based on the Collection Region / sourced from employee record (is collections =T & Collections Regions = Employee Collections Region) Am I thinking about this all wrong? Is there a better way to do this dynamically?
