A common flow of transactions for us is Sales Order, with Item Fulfillment and an Invoice generated from the Sales Order. Sometimes a Global Search of the Sales Order number will show the Invoice and/or the Item Fulfillment in the results as well. It happens very rarely but once in a while the whole string of related transactions will show up. Does anyone know if there is a setting or something else that can make this standard so this always happens? I can't determine what the common thread is that makes it happen occasionally versus a situation where I search the Sales Order number (that has generated the other transactions) and the only result is the Sales Order itself.
