~Can anyone advise where the standard list of salutations (ie. Mr, Mrs, etc) is set up in Netsuite? We have a load of customisation aroud this, but are considering trimming back to standard.~

Forget that - seems the salutation field is free text and all the customisation in our account is to provide a drop down list of defined values.
