Under the Employee Center Roles, users can only see their own PO's. Is the a way to allow them to see all PO's and not only the ones created by them?

Sorry, I know what you mean. That Saved Search will give me visibility so I can see the list of PO's, but I will not be able to actually view them.

one option is to use mainline false and have all the line level fields along with header field. Have filters for document number, vendor and date. This way user can see all the data but wont be able to drill down.

Got it. Basically, when user create a PO Req, later on while under de Employee Center Role, they need to vie the PO generated for that PO Req. That's where we have problems, since those PO's where not created by them.
I was wondering if there is a way to create the Unrestricted Saved Search listing the PO Req, PO Number and a link to generate the PO PDF even if the user didn't create the PO.
