Anyone have any updates about the defect that impacted the HTML editing capability. Case # 659366. We cant get a straight answer on how long it will take. Maybe 3 months? Thx!

All we have at the moment is that it's classed as U4. If it's causing major inconvenience, I'd contact your account manager asking them to push for escalation.

I've logged this too. It's a U4 "you are correct, we are aware of this issue and have a defect filed for this. The fix has been already tested successfully and will be deployed soon."

HTML editing capability? Is this with regards to advanced templates?

Someone got back to us and said the following - "Please refer to your original case the E-fix will be on March 8, 2022 but please note that this is subject to change." Just an FYI for anyone.

If this is in regards html attributes of a saved search (like a custom label that is aligned left, bolded, different color, etc), they took it out as of 2020.2. Netsuite Support said "This is because in the Custom Label (Saved Search Result) before the upgrade, you can run a Javascript code for the whole feature." @Dominic B is right. We filed a defect and it is a U4...and this was Dec 2020. The defect number is 611569 if that helps. I don't think it is going to be any time soon.

This is the function to switch between HTML and rich text in item records, Site builder categories, marketing templates/online forms, etc missing after upgrade to 2022.1 release.
