Hey, has anyone ever found a neat way to record product upgrades within NS? Our R&D have implemented a change to one of our products, and so whenever this product comes in for a service they want to record the update in NS. This product is serialised, and apart from unbuilding/rebuilding the assembly, we can't seem to find a nice way to track when the product has recieved the upgrade.

You could use a custom record. Where the item record is a parent. Then use a date field on the custom record to know when the change occurred

Create a saved search that emails a notification when the record has changed.
