Hi all, we are having the issue of Saved Reports page displaying Owner filter only with 3 options - All, Mine, My Team...they are basically not showing the other employee names in the filter...for saved searches, this does not happen - it lists the other users as an option to filter on the owner dropdown in addition to the All, Unassigned, Mine, My Team..NetSuite support says the saved report filter issue is an enhancement but I swear I saw this working fine in my last job a year ago..Not sure if we need to check some settings that drives the saved reports page filters...if anyone has any idea on this, it will be a great help..Thanks!

I looked in my account at Reports >> Saved Searches >> All Saved Searches. I add Owner as Available Filter. I see the options you mention plus I see all the employees. That what I was expecting.

Once you hit 1000 active employees in your account, you'll face the issue of only seeing “All, Unassigned, Mine, My Team”- that is the enhancement/limitation NetSuite is having that it stops displaying other users in Assigned to filter dropdown options after you have 1000 or more active employees in your account (or any custom filed having employee list will have the same issue)
My problem is a consistency issue on what happens “before” you hit the 1000 active employees (we have about 970 active employees) At this point, we don’t have issue in Saved Search assigned to filters. It's the Saved Reports page where we still have the filter issue. I contacted NetSuite support who confirmed this is a defect.. the filter should work in Saved Report page same way as the Saved Search page filter while the active employees count is less than 1000.
