Hi all, My company has just gone through a process of splitting roles up for segregation of duties but I've found this has tripled the amount of custom roles we use and not to mention these are then split up by subsidiary making it an admin nightmare. We have 200 NS users, about 75 roles and currently I'm the only in-house NS Administrator. For example we have Account for Subsidiary A, Accountant for Subsidiary B etc etc. What are your policies on multi-sub access in roles? First hand experiencing with tips how to better manage roles, subsidiary access in a quickly expanding NS environment greatly appreciated! TIA

If the biggest problem is the subsidiary thing, that should be able to be solved by choosing "User Subsidiary" as the option on the role. Then the same role can be used for any number of single subsidiaries. This allows the user access to just the sub on their employee record. If you don't control that and/or don't trust the accuracy of that, then maybe not an option, but it would solve your subsidiary problem.

Thanks RJMNS for the reply. The issue I'm finding is we have different people in departments need access to different subsidiaries. For example, we have two people in Ops that require access to two subsidiaries and others need access to three. I'm trying to avoid creating many roles for these use cases so really was looking for suggestions on how others tackle this :)
