My company has just gone through a process of splitting roles up for segregation of duties but I've found this has tripled the amount of custom roles we use and not to mention these are then split up by subsidiary making it an admin nightmare. We have 200 NS users, about 75 roles and currently I'm the only in-house NS Administrator.
For example we have Account for Subsidiary A, Accountant for Subsidiary B etc etc.
What are your policies on multi-sub access in roles? First hand experiencing with tips how to better manage roles, subsidiary access in a quickly expanding NS environment greatly appreciated!
