We are having an issue where a permission was added to a role, however it is not working for anyone but me. We have all logged out, reset our cache, and it continues to not work. Any advice on how to force everyone's role permissions to update that I'm missing?

Is it possible that you have some user-based permission difference that is giving you access and that the permission added to the role isn’t actually the right one?

Found it I think. I don't have any additional global permissions

Roger. Could it be something where you own a record and others can’t access it because it wasn’t shared with them (e.g. searches). Or is it related to some bundle customizations (I’ve had issues there personally)?

it's related to a bundle customization. It's the Sales Returns Account plugin

hmm. I’m not familiar with that one specifically, but maybe check if there’s some configuration for the bundle that gives permissions on a user-basis? or if you installed the bundle, perhaps that might explain the difference too?

not sure what it’d be then. Are you all using the same role, or is it just the same permission added to different roles? Is the permission error the others are getting saying they need the exact permission they were just given?

yeah, it is seeming that way, was just hoping it wasn’t b/c caching issues aren’t super fixable
since it’s a sales thing, are they trying to access orders that aren’t “theirs” or something?
