During the day I will sign into a couple of different Netsuite accounts and I often/always get this message "The system was not able to select a login role for you based on your usual NetSuite usage. Choose an item from the list below. (Production/Sandbox)" I'd be happy if it just took me to my last role with that account. Is that a setting somewhere?

Did you try selecting a default role for each account?

yes. but this seems to be getting confused with whether I'm wanting Sandbox or Production ie, its not getting to my choice of Role.
