I'd really like to find or create a way to change the Color Theme for all users in a sandbox. I recognize that individual users can change theirs, but most don't go through that effort. I also know I can update the role settings, but we have 25-30 roles, and I'd prefer not to have to go through that process with every sandbox refresh. Changing the Logo hasn't been effective enough. Has anyone found a more efficient solution for this that you would be willing to share?

I reached out to Netsuite support yesterday to see if there was a way to set a preference (i.e. color theme) on a role via mass update or csv or any other way, and they said it is an enhancement. I realize that may not help here, but at least it will save you some time researching. Agree with @KevinJ of Kansas and also a bit of user training.

I would think a script could do that if you tried hard enough - but I wouldn't count on it

I thought about running a script that would update all of the roles (there are only about 50 roles total). but the record module doesn't list Roles as a record I can manipulate. I've handled adding users upon request, but I'm hoping to prevent having to do the manual work every time I refresh a sandbox (we have 5 sandboxes). I work at a University that is tracking their asset management in NetSuite, so once a year, all of the inspectors are given sandbox access to practice those inspections. I could continue handling it manually, but wanted to look at other options.
