12/15/2021, 3:49 PMIt's a recent issue, as of this morning, from an account that has been sending emails out for years. The email dialog is opening, but when the user clicks "merge & send" they are receiving an error that they don't have permission to access the server

12/15/2021, 4:53 PMSomeone else reported an odd access denied error creating item fulfilments in #C29GDT351 Sounds like this may be a related issue. I suspect it could be Netsuite rapidly rolling out patches to address log4j issues.

12/15/2021, 8:05 PMThat is the same error...what's weird in the case of this email issue is that it's not role related - it is consistent across roles, but is only impacting emails using certain templates.
