Is anyone else experiencing issues with sending emails out of NetSuite?

Do the emails appear in Setup > Company > Sent Email List? Have you set DKIM up correctly?

It's a recent issue, as of this morning, from an account that has been sending emails out for years. The email dialog is opening, but when the user clicks "merge & send" they are receiving an error that they don't have permission to access the server
it's not the standard error that they don't have permission to access the record
And it shouldn't be DKIM related - it's the NetSuite server returning the error, not the receiving server

Someone else reported an odd access denied error creating item fulfilments in #C29GDT351 Sounds like this may be a related issue. I suspect it could be Netsuite rapidly rolling out patches to address log4j issues.

That is the same error...what's weird in the case of this email issue is that it's not role related - it is consistent across roles, but is only impacting emails using certain templates.
