Hi All, Need one help regarding Department and Subsidiary setting, On Employee screen Employee=> Edit => Department values for them are like Parent:Child relationship, is there any way to change this setting ?

what would you like it to be? You can change Department structure in Setup >> Company >> Departments.

If you're just talking about the appearance where you only want to see the child name, there's a setting in the Set Preferences screen called "only show last subentity".
