Is there a shortcut to being able to view a saved search as an admin when the saved search is private? Outside of adding in the search ID# in the URL, I'm not having any luck going into a search that was created by someone who has left the company unless I have the search ID number, even though I'm the admin. What's the trick?

if you say Yes here and sort by "Created By" look for that person's name you will all searches created by that person

if you want to clean the system you can talk to strongpoint, they have different levels which will help you identify fields/searches/records/roles that are not being used
