Anyone else receiving “Unexpected Error” when attempting to create a new Private Key at /app/common/scripting/certificates/settings.nl?type=keys&amp;whence=

I created a support request at netsuite.
*4500182* new private key gives Unexpected Error 4531283 Solease Management BV

<@U6Y5FVBL0> in my case i turned out that i was not using the right format
i was doing `ssh-keygen -t rsa` 
and should  be doing `ssh-keygen -t rsa -m PEM`
once i used PEM it worked fine
