Is there an easy way (or hard) to view a user's dashboard. I want to see exactly how individuals have personalized their dashboards beyond just the default dashboard assigned to their role. Thanks!

you have to login as that user. The home page, unless it is a locked published dashboard, is personal to the user and the role they are logged in as.

@Rebecca can I do that as an admin, or do I have to use the user's email address and email? Thx

You have to use their email and password - I don’t know of another way.
