I created a custom center + custom role and running into something weird. Have custom record that stores critical data. Custom Role has Edit access to custom record. Custom Role also has access to Persist Search and Perform Search. However, when the user logs in, the Saved Searches against that custom record show zero results. They click the link and NetSuite shows zero results, no permission errors. When I look at the same searches as an admin, there are hundreds of records. Any tips?

What are the permissions settings on the custom record itself? (No permission/ use list etc). Also, keep in mind that custom record permissions are different if you own the record

@CD thanks for reply. Rights = Require Custom Rec...Entries Permission. Created by Admin role

Can you see the list of that custom record if not using saved search? If that's the case, maybe your saved search has a join to a different record which that custom role has no view permission.

Yeah, users are actually creating and editing records in the search.
